Emotional Development Workshop for Parents

The session will cover:

• Emotional regulation – what it is and what it is not

• Practical strategies that you can use in moments of dysregulation and to help you be prepared for them

• Brain basics – understand what is happening and why

• Things all Kids need to thrive- and how we provide them

• Mindfulness –How to achieve it and really understand the short and long term benefits.

This is a practical and reflective workshop for parents of children aged three to eight years.
