Chris and Anna have been sharing the gifts of meditation and yoga for over 20 years and 15 years respectively. Over the years they have shared meditation all over Australia at different meditation studios, community centers, organisations, universities, festivals and the corporate sector. As well Yoga and Meditation, Chris works as a Counsellor and Anna is an Ayurvedic Practitioner. They are down to earth folk who try to live in a holistic way that supports a healthy balance of mind, body and spirit. Chris and Anna find great joy in attempting to help others on their spiritual journey to find inner peace and happiness.
