Talk about Dementia

Australian current stats, one in 12 people aged 65 years and over are living with dementia.

Two in five people aged 90 and over are living with dementia. Dementia prevalence rate are three to five times higher among Indigenous Australians. Once diagnosed, the road ahead can be tough for the person with dementia, and often more difficult for the family members who care for them.

Join us for this one-hour workshop to talk about dementia, what you can expect once there is a diagnosis and how to have conversations with an individual diagnosed.
