Self-Protection / Self-Defence Two Part Workshop

Learning ‘Self Defence’ starts with you looking strong, alert, and confident. Being prepared is always the first line of defence. Participants will leave with an understanding of basic self-defence and awareness of their surroundings to keep them safe.

Booking in for this workshop automatically books you in for part two of this workshop which will be held on Friday, September 15 at Dudley Denny City Library, from 3.30pm to 5pm. Please make a note of this additional booking in your calendar.
