Intro to Meditation (2-part course)

Join us for a relaxed, friendly and inspiring workshop to experience how meditation can transform your life!

Come along and experience uplifting and inspiring practices that you can apply in your daily life for increased physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.

In this 2-part introductory workshop you will learn how to:

– Harness the power of your breath for better health and vitality

– Regulate your thoughts and emotions for more clarity

– Tap into your inner spiritual reservoir for balance and peace

This 2-part course will be run over two Monday evenings and will help you embrace meditation for transformation in all aspects of you life. The evening includes time for questions/discussion and refreshments. All participants will receive a free gift to get them started on their meditation journey.

Part one: Monday 15th April 6:30pm until 8:00pm

Part two: Monday 22nd April 6:30pm until 8:00pm

Cost: Register a free ticket at the link. Cash donations are welcome on the night to help with running costs for these community events.

Meet your meditation host:

Chris has been sharing the gifts of meditation and yoga for over 20 years at studios, community centres, organisations, universities, festivals and the corporate sector all around Australia. As well as teaching yoga and meditation, Chris works as a counsellor, predominantly supporting men through behavioural change programs. He finds great joy and purpose through helping others live in a holistic way to support a healthy balance of mind, body and spirit. Chris has a down to earth approach which opens the door to anyone seeking to cultivate their spiritual journey and in turn find inner peace and happiness.
