Meet your meditation hosts:
Chris and Anna have been sharing the gifts of meditation and yoga for over 20 years and 15 years respectively. The path of Bhakti Yoga has been their guiding light through all of the ups and downs that this life brings. Over the years they have offered classes at different meditation studios, community centers, organisations, universities, festivals and the corporate sector.
As well Yoga and Meditation, Chris has a background in counselling and Anna is an Ayurvedic Practitioner. They are down to earth folk who try to live in a holistic way that supports a healthy balance of mind, body and spirit while most importantly, trying to cultivate their spiritual garden. More than anything else, Chris and Anna find great joy in trying to be of service to others and attempting to help people on their spiritual journey to find inner peace and happiness.
