Join Dietcare Mackay and learn about the ‘My Health for Life’ program, a lifestyle program available to help all Queenslanders on their wellness journey.

Dietitians will share general strategies on how to eat well and give you practical tips, recipe ideas and resources on heart disease to help improve your wellbeing.
