Family History: Writing and Research with Sarah Klenbort

Writing your family history is a gift to future generations. But, where to start? In this workshop we’ll share stories, explore various structures and formats, and learn practical writing and research techniques. We’ll also do a writing exercise, so bring a pen and paper or something to write on.

This is a hybrid workshop with a focus on writing craft; the workshop is delivered via livestreaming through State Library of Queensland.

It is a level 1 workshop, suitable for writers at levels. So come along to this supportive three-hour workshop and learn how to create an engaging family history while being inspired to create your family history.
