Learn mindfulness strategies to nurture the mind through ups and downs of everyday life. Establish a daily practise of recognising and setting aside unwholesome thoughts, reducing unhelpful behaviours and developing a sense of relaxed, balanced living.
Bring a notebook and pen to make notes, a yoga mat and cushion, if preferred, for meditation practise.
