Lisa McLean is a Clinical Naturopath, Nutritionist, Medical Herbalist, Massage Therapist, and Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience in clinical practice. She specialises in hormonal health and complex health conditions, guiding her clients towards holistic well-being at her clinic, Total Healthcare Naturally.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Lisa founded The Cooking Naturopath where she combines her passion for natural health with culinary arts. Through her innovative cooking classes and the Spice Alchemy product line , she teaches how to prepare healthy, delicious meat, focusing on Asian and Mediterranean cuisines.
Lisa’s academic pursuits are rooted in evidence-based complementary medicine, particularly in immune modulation using herbal remedies, with a special interest in autoimmune thyroid disease and the therapeutic impacts of turmeric.
